Two West Virginia National Guard members who deployed to Washington, D.C., were shot Wednesday just blocks from the White House in what the mayor described as a ‘targeted attack.’ A suspect is now in custody after reportedly being shot. CBC’s Katie Nicholson has more from D.C.
