If you’re driving into Las Vegas, just past the famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign is the adorable Little Church of the West. This quaint, wood-framed chapel with the stone steeple and their fairy tale-like setting won’t disappoint. In operation since 1942, they claim to have married over 150,000 couples, and although the chapel was originally constructed a few miles north, it carries the distinction of being the Strip’s oldest building. The whole structure is barely more than a one room chapel, but they can and will do the job with packages like “Let’s Elope,” the “Lucky in Love,” and the “Forever True.” And in the “Now or Never” package, you walk down the same aisle Elvis and Ann Margret did in the movie, “Viva Las Vegas” and exchange vows while Elvis officiates. The list of celebrities that have married here is record of Hollywood’s who’s who. This chapel does not have reception facilities. Open daily from 8am to Midnight.
12) Venetian and Palazzo Hotel
Very few places on earth evoke the passions of love like Venice, Italy. The Venetian and Palazzo hotels have teamed up to recreate the charm of the canals, plazas, and gardens that Italy is known for, and their attention to the smallest details will punctuate your wedding with flourishes ranging from hand-crafted bouquets to the elegant music of a live string trio or an old world accordion melody. The most intimate and popular package is the Gondola Ceremony. Set sail in your own White Gondola with your betrothed and one guest and exchange your vows before an official Celebrant. After your “I do’s,” the gondolier will serenade you while you float blissfully on one of their canals. Other wedding options include the “Garden Romance,” the “Bridge over the Square,” to their ultimate package, “Dolce Romanza – Sweet Romance,” at $14,950. All of their wedding locations are very romantic and will not disappoint you or your guests.
13) Paris Las Vegas
Who’s never dreamed of going to the top of the Eiffel Tower with your lover to cast your gaze on the most romantic city on earth? Now you can do it closer to home and although Las Vegas isn’t Paris, France, it is special nonetheless. All of the Paris Las Vegas wedding packages speak to the sweet fragrance of romance the French made famous and if you’d like to exchange vows on the observation deck of the Eiffel Tower, there are three packages available that range in price from $1,250 to $10,500. This really is one of the most exotic wedding locations in Las Vegas, but due to the small size of the observation deck, the number of guests you can invite is restricted. They also have two darling chapels that can accommodate up to 90 guests. Traditional wedding packages start at $950 and go up from there. And as far as receptions, the Paris Las Vegas is more than equipped to cater events of any size and the food is, how do they say it? Magnifique!
14) Stratosphere Chapel in the Clouds
Who says marriage can’t be fun? At the top of the Stratosphere Tower is the Chapel in the Clouds and it’s guaranteed to get everyone’s attention. The Stratosphere has two wedding chapels located just under the observation deck and can handle up to 90 guests. After the ceremony, you and your party are welcome to explore the indoor and outdoor observation decks. They can also cater your wedding reception. But the main attraction at the Stratosphere is exchanging vows at the very top, and nothing beats the view. The price for the “I Do” package starts at a modest $225 and includes champagne, photos, and Tower admission passes for 10 guests. And if marriage at the top of the tallest building West of the Mississippi is exciting enough, let the minister finalize your vows just before the “Big Shot” thrill ride jets you straight up a 160-foot tower generating 4G’s of force. I’ve heard the free-fall back down is just like falling in love, but you’re already there.

Although the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign is not actually a wedding chapel, more than a few thousand couples have exchanged wedding vows beneath its flashing neon lights. The sign was installed in 1959, was built by the Yesco Company, and it is the quintessential landmark of Las Vegas. The city finally built a parking lot in the median and now access for you and your wedding party is a breeze. Almost every chapel in town will make arrangements for a civil service here so check around for rates and most of them can arrange for Elvis to come along and spice up the event.
17) Clark County Office of Civil Marriages
I wouldn’t say that the majority of weddings in Las Vegas happen here with a basic $50 civil service, but plenty of them do. And since the Regional Justice Center, where you have to go to get your wedding license is only a block away, this office has seen it’s share of quickies. In fact, they’re all quickies, and they are performed by a justice of the peace. You do however have to make an appointment, so if pomp and circumstance are not your thing, welcome to matrimony, civil style. But please be careful. Although you can get a quickie marriage in Las Vegas, a divorce never is. Office hours are 2pm to 6pm Sunday thru Thursday, 8am to 10pm Friday – Saturday
18) Mandalay Bay Hotel
Given the multitude of unique attractions at Mandalay Bay, you’d expect them to have a wide variety of wedding themes, and they don’t disappoint. Aside from traditional wedding packages, they offer the bride and groom an opportunity to exchange vows on their sandy beach while the summer sunset ignites the evening sky. And if you add the Elvis package to any ceremony, you and your guests will be whisked off to the famous “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign a few blocks away where you’ll be serenaded and photographed with the King. But the Shark Reef Ceremony takes the prize. Exchange your vows in a glass tunnel surrounded by 1.3 million gallons of seawater while 15 species of sharks watch you tie the knot. Mandalay Bay also hosts weddings near many of their outdoor waterfall lounges and beach cabanas and they can cater receptions no matter what size it is.
19) Wynn Weddings
When it comes to elegance, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better place to exchange your vows than the Wynn. They’ve left no stone unturned when it comes to crafting the most extraordinary salons to host your most private or lavish wedding ceremony. Here your guests will be treated to an idyllic setting nested under a canopy of trees and surrounded by flowers and two fountains. The Wynn spares no expense with services either, from a full florist shop, professional photography, bridal suites, beauty salons, and receptions. The “Elegant Affair” is the most richly appointed ceremony and includes airport pickup, premium champagne, golf, massage, two nights in the Fairway Villa and anything else you could possibly want. It should, because it costs $23,000. All you need to bring is someone willing to say, “I do.”
20) Bellagio Hotel
The Bellagio continues to set the standard for excellence. From the outdoor fountains that made them famous, to their masterpiece Christmas exhibit in the conservatory, the Bellagio pursues excellence in everything they do, and their wedding services are no exception. They have two chapels and a Terrazza that overlooks the lake, and they’ll cater to every detail to make your wedding day the special event you’ve always dreamed of. And, this is the only hotel that offers a package designed especially for the man who wants to make a marriage proposal. How romantic is that? Their wedding packages start around $2,000 and go up to $16,000 for the Cosa Bella which includes Swarovski Champagne Crystalline Flutes, a Penthouse Suite for Two Nights with a Lakeview, and just about everything else you can dream of. To say they excel in customer service is to do them a disservice. They are the ultimate.
